Return Policy 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept returns and credit your charge card, minus shipping costs, within 15 days of delivery. All products must be returned in the original packaging. (This includes all tags and item containers). Failure to do so may result in a 15% restocking fee. We will not accept returns on items that have been washed, used, worn or with missing and/or detatched tags.  

Products Damaged During Shipment.
If an item is damaged in transit, we will file a claim with the shipping
company. Once they resolve the claim, we will provide a substitute product of equal value to you, the customer.
If the item is urgently needed, You have the choice of purchasing an additional item. Once the claim is resolved
with the shipper , you will be refunded the amount of the purchase.
Steps to Return Products
1) Email customercare@hbcumall.com or call 1-877-218-5984 for a Return Authorization number briefly stating the reason for the return.
Packages shipped to us without a Return Authorization number will not be accepted, and immediately returned to the sender.
2) Write the Return Authorization number on the outside of the package. Unless previously approved, all return postage is the responsibility of the sender.
